The bed and pillows are dirty. The floors are full of dirt, hair, grime and garbage. There is food garbage behind the end table. The tub and sink have hair in them and smell like wet dog. I called the lady who checked us in, she apologized and said she would talk to the cleaning lady. But that’s all…. No offer of a different room or refund.
